If you want to cancel or change an order, please contact our team immediately. We will do our best to process your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped

How do I redeem a coupon code or discount code?

1. select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart.
2. go to the checkout and check your order.
3. in the "discount code" section, enter the code you have received.
Click "Apply" to apply the coupon code. 5.
Make sure that the discount is deducted and the total amount is updated accordingly.

Yes, we offer an in-store pickup option for some products.

Yes, we offer an in-store pickup option for some products.

If you want to select this option, do the following:

1. select the products you want and add them to your cart.
2. go to the checkout and check your order.
During the checkout process, select the "Pickup" option under the "Delivery Method" section.
4. after completing the order, you will receive a confirmation with further instructions for pickup.
5. visit our store at the specified pickup times and show your confirmation to pick up the items.

Please note that not all items have an option for pickup in our store.

Grundsätzlich kannst du alle Artikel an uns zurückschicken, die dir nicht passen oder gefallen. Achte aber bitte darauf, dass die Artikel ungetragen und original verpackt sind. Bei versiegelten Artikeln muss zusätzlich das Siegel intakt sein. Einige Artikel sind aus hygienischen Gründen von der Retoure ausgeschlossen.

How can I return or exchange an item?

If you want to return or exchange an item, proceed as follows:
1. just send us a short email telling us why you want to return the item.
2. we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless you have received the wrong item. Therefore we ask you to simply send the item to our address: STIL-LADEN - Lindengasse 51, 1070 Vienna.
3. please make sure that the item is in unused condition and in its original packaging.
4. as soon as we have received the returned item, we will process the exchange accordingly.

Is there a refund for returned items?
