The MXR reflects our commitment to continuing the Mizuno retro running experience of the 2000s – as an extension of the globally renowned Wave Rider 10. The name MXR comes from the Maximizer line, a running series that has been offered for years in our home market to make Mizuno quality accessible to a wide audience. The MXR is an entry-level silhouette but remains true to the essence of Mizuno – with high quality and technical sophistication. Special attention is given to the new tooling, which impresses with numerous details and multi-part rubber elements that enable technical color blockings. This version combines authentic materials such as silver overlays and white air mesh. The shoe impresses with a variety of finely crafted details – including eyestay prints, embossed side elements, and custom-designed tapes.
