For everyone who wants to experience Amsterdam through the eyes of the Ben G. skate community – a city revealed in side streets, wrong turns, and moments – the Vans x Ben G x Pop collection already speaks the right language.

Founded by skateboarders and shaped by the community, this collaboration marks the 20th anniversary of Ben G and is based on the creative chaos that makes Amsterdam Amsterdam.

The focus is on the Vans icon "Era," reinterpreted through a distinctive Amsterdam lens. Playful, slightly quirky, and full of character, the collection captures the energy of the city's skate culture.

On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, the Era is inspired by Amsterdam's iconic “Amsterdammertjes” – the burgundy street bollards that quietly set the rhythm of the city. A hairy suede upper in the same color and an embossed foxing strip reflecting the “XXX” stamp on each bollard offer subtle details full of local significance.

The campaign brings this world to life through an animated film by Picnic Studio that floats through the city. A carefree skater moves through Amsterdam and lands at the Vans x Ben G x Pop pop-up, where a pair of Eras awaits him.
