Other details also contribute to weather protection: The front zipper is covered with a Velcro® storm flap to prevent water from entering. The hood, which can be stowed in the collar, can be tightened securely. Elastic sleeve cuffs and covered zip pockets do their best to keep you dry and protect you from cool winds.
